      "verbatimText": "January 25, 2008, at 11:55 p.m. in the 700 block of West Third Street. The suspects were described as four black males wearing hooded sweatshirts. One of the suspects was armed with what appeared to be a handgun. The Williamsport Bureau of Police are investigating. Anyone who has any information about either of these crimes is requested to contact Penn College Police at (570) 321-5555. All students, faculty and staff should be alert for suspicious persons and potentially dangerous situations on and off campus. At night, walk on well-lit sidewalks and walkways. Park as close as possible to any buildings you intend to enter. If possible, walk with another person. Call Penn College Police for an escort, if needed.
