      "verbatimText": "Pima County Community College District - Police Department\nMichelle Nieuwenhuis, Chief of Police\n6680 South Country Club Road - Tucson, Arizona 85709-1740\n\nTIMELY WARNING\nApril 28, 2025\n\nPublic Sexual Indecency/Indecent Exposure - West Campus, 2202 W Anklam Road.\n\nOn 04/24/2025, a contract employee reported to the Pima Community College Police Department that a male subject had exposed his genitals and was masturbating while looking at her. She reported that this occurred on 04/23/2025, and that a similar incident had occurred two to three weeks prior. Both incidents occurred at the PCC West Campus.\n\nOn 04/28/25, the same contract employee observed the male subject on West campus and immediately notified PCC Police. Officers responded and detained and questioned the suspect.\n\nSantiago Cordova\n\nPCC Student Santiago Cordova, 26 years of age, was booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Complex and charged with Public Sexual Indecency, Indecent Exposure and Disorderly Conduct. He was immediately suspended from Pima Community College.\n\nInformation gathered during the investigation suggests that other individuals may have been exposed to similar offenses. If you have any information related to these incidents or believe you may have been a victim or witness that observed Santiago Cordova on any Pima Community College property committing these acts, please contact the Pima Community College Police Department immediately at (520) 206-2700.\n\nTips for awareness and prevention\n- Trust your instincts. If you sense something isn't right, get away from the area as soon as possible.\n- Remain alert and observe people around you. Walk with your head up, avoid carrying too many items, show confidence while walking, and know your destination.\n- If possible, have your phone ready and know where you are at all times. Call PCCPD at (520) 206-2700 for an escort from a police officer or community service officer.\n- Report individuals of concern on campus to college police at (520) 206-2700 or dial 911, so that we can determine the safety of that person for the community and the individual themselves.\n- Make mental notes of a suspect's race, age, sex, height, weight, hair, and eye color, physical build, and clothing. Note anything unusual about the suspect, such as scars, tattoos, unique clothing, strange mannerisms, or speech patterns that you can share with police.",
