      "verbatimText": "Timely Notification\nSexual Assault – Non-Consensual Sexual Contact, Fondling\nDecember 5, 2024\n\nOn December 4, 2024, the Rollins College Campus Safety Department received a report from the Office of Title IX of non-consensual sexual contact in the form of fondling that occurred in Elizabeth Hall on November 10, 2024. It was reported that a non-Rollins affiliate engaged in sexual contact with a Rollins student without consent. Both parties have been identified, and we do not have a reason to believe there is an ongoing threat to campus safety at this time. The reporting party is being provided with the appropriate level of care and resources and is connected with the proper offices on campus.
