The students involved in this incident are SUNY ESF and Le Moyne College students; however, we wanted to alert our community since the incident took place in the near off-campus neighborhood. If you were in the vicinity at the time and witnessed the incident, please contact the Syracuse Police Department at 315.442.5222.\n\nMessage from SUNY ESF Chief:\n\nOn Wednesday, October 7th, 2020 at approximately 9:44 p.m., SPD received a report of a robbery that occurred at 955 Ackerman Ave. The Syracuse Police Department and the Department of Public Safety are on the scene and investigating this incident. We ask that you stay away from the area at this time, and that you call SPD at 315.442.5222, should you have information regarding this incident. More information to follow.",
