      "verbatimText": "On Sunday, Aug. 16, 2020, at approximately 2:30 a.m., the Syracuse Police Department (SPD) requested the Department of Public Safety (DPS) to assist a student who was reportedly robbed at the corner of Harrison and Ostrom Avenues just before 12:20 a.m. The student says an unknown male got out of his vehicle before approaching the student and stealing their phone. The suspect then got back into the vehicle and headed south on Ostrom Ave.\n\nThe suspect is described as a male, in his early 20s, wearing a gray shirt. He was driving a red SUV.\n\nIf you were in the vicinity at the time and witnessed the incident, please contact the Syracuse Police Department at 315.442.5222 or the Syracuse University Department of Public Safety at 315.443.2224.
