The victim disclosed to officers that she was cut by an unknown suspect but did not provide any further information. Investigation into the incident revealed that an aggravated assault by cutting incident occurred at the bus stop in front of the New Orleans Public Library located at 219 Loyola Avenue near the Downtown Campus at approximately 6:25 p.m. TUPD Officers reviewed the incident on camera and observed the perpetrator committing the crime wearing a black hooded jacket, grey shirt, and light-colored pants.
