      "verbatimText": "Tulane University Police Department\nUptown District Attempt Sexual Assault\nDate and Time of Occurrence:\nSunday, August 22 at 02:30 AM\n\nLOCATION:\nWarren House\n\nReported Incident:\nat 2:30 pm, the Tulane University Police Department was made aware of the following incident. At approximately\n2:30 am on August 22, 2021, an unknown male entered a dorm room in Warren House where a female was\nasleep. The subject climbed on top of the female who was under the covers. While kneeling the male exposed\nhimself. The victim screamed and the subject left the room. After leaving the first room, the subject entered two\nadditional rooms, but did not do or say anything.\n\nSUSPECT’S DESCRIPTION:\nUnknown Male, approximately 5’7”, Fit body type, short dark curly hair, brown eyes, no visible birth marks or\ntattoos, unknown ethnicity. White Vineyard Vine short sleeve t-shirt on the back has a whale with an American\nflag and dark shorts.\n\nAll residents are encouraged to keep their doors secured and report any suspicious activity as soon as it is safe\nto do so\n\nDescriptions provided by victim/witness.\nInformation about the race or ethnicity of alleged offenders is provided only to aid detailed descriptions that include physical stature, clothing\nor unusual characteristics. Racial descriptions do not, by themselves, offer a meaningful picture of an individual's appearance.\n\nINVESTIGATION ONGOING\nIf you have any information about these crimes, call TUPD at 504-865-5381 or NOPD at 504-821-2222.\n\nTAKE A STAND AGAINST CRIME\n   1.
