      "verbatimText": "Tulane University Police Department\nUptown District Carjacking\nDate and Time of Occurrence:\nTuesday 2.9.21 at about 9:00 PM\n\nLOCATION:\nIntersections of Pine and Cohn followed by 8100 block of Green St.\n\nReported Incident:\n\nThe New Orleans Police Department responded to a report of two car jackings at the above locations. No injuries\nwere reported.\n\nThe victim of the incident at Pine and Cohn, who is a Tulane university affiliate, was exiting his parked vehicle\nwhen he was approached by two subjects, one subject produced a silver colored automatic handgun and\ndemanded the keys to the vehicle. The second subject then entered the driver’s seat of the vehicle and then the\nsubjects fled with the vehicle to unknown.\n\nMinutes later, there was second carjacking reported to NOPD in the 8100 block of Green St., the victim in this\nincident was a non-affiliate.\n\nSUSPECT’S DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe perpetrators were described by the non-affiliate as the following:\n\n     1. Black, male, 5’10’’, masked, wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans armed with a silver and black\n        automatic handgun\n     2. Black, male, 5’10”, Maroon hoodie\n\nDescriptions provided by victim/witness.\nInformation about the race or ethnicity of alleged offenders is provided only to aid detailed descriptions that include physical stature, clothing\nor unusual characteristics. Racial descriptions do not, by themselves, offer a meaningful picture of an individual's appearance.\n\nINVESTIGATION ONGOING\nIf you have any information about these crimes, call TUPD at 504-865-5381 or NOPD at 504-821-2222.\n\nTAKE A STAND AGAINST CRIME\n   1.
