      "verbatimText": "TIMELY WARNING - FONDLING – NEAR THE UPTOWN CAMPUS\n\nSubject: TIMELY WARNING - FONDLING – NEAR THE UPTOWN CAMPUS Date: February 17, 2026\n\nOccurrence Information:\n\nContent Warning: This notification includes information related to a fondling.\n\nDate & Time: February 17, 2026 at 6:30 a.m.\n\nLocation: 7100 block of Zimpel St.\n\nReported Offense: On Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at approximately 3:43 p.m. TUPD was made aware of a fondling that occurred near the uptown campus on February 17, 2026, at approximately 6:30 a.m. The victim reported standing in the street with friends in the 7100 block of Zimpel St., adjacent to Greenbaum Hall, when an unknown subject grabbed the victim's genitalia area. The subject then fled in the direction of Audubon St. The subject is not known to the victim or law enforcement and is not in custody at this time. TUPD and NOPD are investigating.\n\nSuspect's Description: The suspect is described as a black male, about 5'10\", wearing a light- colored hoodie.\n\nINVESTIGATION ONGOING: If you have any information about these crimes, call TUPD at 504- 865-5381 or NOPD at 504-821-2222.\n\n*Descriptions provided by victim/witness.
