There was a brief physical struggle, and\nshe was able to force him out of her home.\n\nIncident #2: On April 20th, a second reporting person was reviewing doorbell camera footage from the previous\nevening, and she observed that at 4:10 am the below described subject was masturbating in view of the camera.\nThe victim in incident #1 is acquainted with the reporting person from incident #2 and after reviewing footage\nfrom incident #2, the victim in incident #1 strongly believes that the perpetrator is the same for both incidents.\n\nBoth incidents are under investigation by TUPD.\n\nSUSPECT’S DESCRIPTION:\n\n 1.) Black Male, approximately 30-35 years old, 5’08-5’10 tall, skinny but muscular build, long black\n dreadlocks with two bleach blonde front dreadlocks, a tattoo on at least one forearm, wearing a\n matching black tee shirt with black shorts featuring pink & orange writing.\n 2.) Black Male, thin build and unknown height with shoulder length brown dreadlocks, wearing white pants\n with pink splotches, gray tank top, blue boxers and bright yellow and black sneakers.\n\nDescriptions provided by victim/witness.\nInformation about the race or ethnicity of alleged offenders is provided only to aid detailed descriptions that include physical stature, clothing\nor unusual characteristics.
