Garage located at 300 LaSalle St.\n\nReported Offense: On Tuesday, September 28, 2025, at approximately 12:55 a.m., the Tulane University Police Department learned that an aggravated assault by shooting had occurred near the downtown campus on LaSalle St. and Perdido St, near the H.E.A.L. garage (300 LaSalle St). New Orleans Police Department investigators shared that two subjects shot a non-Tulane affiliated individual. It is believed that the victim was shot by two unknown suspects driving a silver vehicle. No information related to the description of the perpetrator(s) has been provided at this time.\n\nThis is an active crime scene, avoid this area at this time.\n\nThe incident was originally reported to the New Orleans Police Department, which is leading the investigation.
