While it is not likely that the inmates are still in the vicinity of our campus, we want to ensure that you are aware and vigilant of your surroundings. Tulane University Police Department has increased patrols on campus and the surrounding areas.\n\nDate & Time: May 16, 2025 during early morning hours\n\nPlease Remember These Safety Tips:\n\n• Be aware of your surroundings at all times even in areas or places you feel safe.\n\n• Beware of individuals approaching you or your vehicle.\n\n• Always park in a well-lit area. • Be aware of anyone following through badge access entryways on campus. • In case of an emergency, call campus police immediately at 504-865-5911. Save the numbers in your phone contacts for easy access. • If you see something, say something.
