      "verbatimText": "Tulane University Police Department Subject: Timely Warning –SIMPLE ROBBERY – DOWNTOWN CAMPUS Offense: SIMPLE ROBBERY Date: March 24, 2025 Content Warning: The following narrative references a robbery on campus DATE & TIME OF OCCURRENCE: March 24, 2025, at approximately 9:30 a.m.\n\nLOCATION: 127 South Saratoga Street, New Orleans, LA 70112 (Saratoga Parking Garage).\n\nREPORTED OFFENSE: On Monday, March 24, 2025, at approximately 9:30 a.m., the victim was approached by the unknown subject on the 4th floor of the Saratoga Garage on the downtown campus. The subject asked the victim if she had the time, then pushed her and snatched her keys out of her hand. The subject then entered the victim’s vehicle briefly before exiting. The subject fled by foot.\n\nSUSPECT’S DESCRIPTION: The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’5”, wearing a blue and black t-shirt and blue jeans with designer holes down both legs.
