At this time this individual has not been identified and has not been observed on any Tulane campus. None of the reported offenses have occurred on a Tulane campus or property. Anyone with information related to this person or any criminal acts he may have been involved in are encouraged to call the Tulane University Police Department or the New Orleans Police Department at 911.
