      "verbatimText": "Armed Robbery\nNov. 4, 2023\nUniversity of Arizona Clery Timely Warning Notice\nType of Offense: Armed Robbery\nDate of Notice: November 4, 2023\nDate &Time of Occurrence: November 4, 2023 at 1:53 AM\nLocation: 621 N Highland Avenue, Tucson, AZ\nReporting Agency: UAPD (Case #: 2311040002)\nPlease note this message may contain information that some may find upsetting.\nOn November 4, at 1:53 AM, an armed robbery occurred near Pueblo de la Cienega Residence Hall located at 621 N. Highland Avenue, Tucson, AZ.\nAn unidentified male suspect approached two victims who were walking together and demanded their money. The suspect pulled out a pistol from his waistband and showed it to the victims. After the victims told the suspect that they did not have any money, he fled from the scene.\nThe suspect was described as a 25-30 year old Black male with a dreadlock hairstyle and a short black beard. At the time of the incident, the suspect was wearing jeans and a black hoodie. UAPD is actively investigating this case.\nIf you have any information about this crime, or know about any recent incidents of a similar nature, please contact UAPD at 520-621-8273. If you wish to remain anonymous, you can call 88-CRIME (520-882-7463).\nUAPD would like to remind the campus community about the following safety tips:\n- Trust your instincts - if you sense trouble, move to a safe location as soon as possible.\n- Remain alert and be aware of your location, surroundings, and individuals near you. Walk with your head up and avoid distractions like cell phones or carrying too many items.\n- If confronted, try to stay calm and follow the robber’s directions.\n- Make slow, deliberate movements, and explain them as you do.\n- Do not offer more than what they ask for.\n- Be the best witness you can be. Make mental notes of sex, race, age, height, weight, hair and eye color, build, and clothing.
