      "verbatimText": "Motor Vehicle Theft\nSept. 14, 2023\nUniversity of Arizona Clery Timely Warning Notice\nType of Offense: Motor Vehicle Theft\nDate: September 13, 2023\nDate &Time\nof Occurrence: August 21, 2023, thru September 11, 2023\nLocation: University of Arizona Main Campus\nReported to: The University of Arizona Police Department\nCase Numbers: U2308230002, U2308250009, U2308270006, U2309030006, U2309050009, U2309050011, U2309110007\nThis crime alert is being sent out because there are motor vehicle thefts occurring on campus.\nBetween August 23, 2023 and September 11, 2023 the University of Arizona Police Department has received reports of seven stolen vehicles. Four vehicles were Kia brand vehicles, two were Hyundai’s. Most of the vehicles were stolen during the day and involved broken window entry. The incidents occurred in various parking garages, parking lots and streets on the University of Arizona campus property. The locations of the crimes occurred as far north near Mabel Street and south near 6th Street.\nThe vehicle owners were not present during the motor vehicle thefts.\nUAPD has increased patrols of all parking areas on campus. Anyone with information regarding these incidents is asked to call UAPD at 520-621-8273.
