The following is a synopsis of an incident reported to the Prince George's County Police Department.\n\nINCIDENT: Off-Campus Assault (2nd degree)\n\nOCCURRED: May 1, 2026 (Friday)/ Approximately 1:32 a.m.\n\nLOCATION: 7200 block of Baltimore Avenue, College Park, Maryland\n\nPGPD CASE #: PP26050100000093\n\nBRIEF DETAILS:\n\nOn May 1, 2026, at approximately 1:32 a.m., The Prince George’s County Police Department responded to the 7200 block of Baltimore Avenue for a cutting.\n\nThe victim reported that he got into a verbal altercation with an unknown man. The man then displayed a knife and cut the victim. The suspect then left the scene. The victim was taken to a hospital for a minor injury.\n\nThe Prince George’s County Police Department is continuing to investigate this incident.\n\nAnyone with information related to this incident and/or the possible identity of the suspect are encouraged to contact the Prince George’s County Police Department (911 or 301-352-1200).
