      "verbatimText": "January 29, 2019\nSecurity Bulletin 190129: Suspicious Incidents Near Northwood V\nThe University of Michigan Division of Public Safety and Security received multiple reports, from the Northwood area, of incidents involving a subject calling females to his car to ask for directions. He then makes inappropriate sexual comments. The incidents involve an individual described by witnesses as a male, approximately 40 yrs of age, short dark hair, clean shaven, no accent, driving a small, dark-colored sedan.\nWe value our partnership with our community and appreciate those who stepped forward to report this information. We all play a role in ensuring community safety. If you see something that shouldn’t be there or someone’s behavior doesn’t seem quite right - say something.\nIf you have any information regarding this incident, please contact DPSS at 734-763-1131 or at dpss-safety-security@umich.edu.",
