      "verbatimText": "June 8, 2021\n\n Crime Alert 2021-1: Home Invasion\n\n-\n Alert ID:\n 2021-1\n\n-\n Alert Agency:\n AAPD #2021-17992\n\n-\n Alert Issued:\n June 8, 2021\n\n-\n Date of Incident:\n June 8, 2021, at approximately 1:37 a.m.\n\n-\n Location:\n 1400 block Hill St., Ann Arbor, off campus\n\n-\n Offense:\n Home Invasion\n\nSummary: At approximately 1:37 a.m. at a residence located on the 1400 block of Hill St., an individual heard noises in his bedroom. As he entered his room he observed a male holding his property. The suspect was confronted, dropped the property, and then exited out the bedroom window. Entry was gained by removing a window air conditioner near a third-floor fire escape.\n\nSuspect(s): As described by the witness: Black male, about 30 years old, shaggy short black hair, about 5' 9\", thin build but muscular, last seen wearing a gray short-sleeved shirt with darker colored pants.
