      "verbatimText": "June 8, 2021\nCrime Alert 2021-1: Home Invasion\nAlert ID:\n2021-1\nAlert Agency:\nAAPD #2021-17992\nAlert Issued:\nJune 8, 2021\nDate of Incident:\nJune 8, 2021, at approximately 1:37 a.m.\nLocation:\n1400 block Hill St., Ann Arbor, off campus\nOffense:\nHome Invasion\nSummary: At approximately 1:37 a.m. at a residence located on the 1400 block of Hill St., an individual heard noises in his bedroom. As he entered his room he observed a male holding his property. The suspect was confronted, dropped the property, and then exited out the bedroom window. Entry was gained by removing a window air conditioner near a third-floor fire escape.\nSuspect(s): As described by the witness: Black male, about 30 years old, shaggy short black hair, about 5’ 9”, thin build but muscular, last seen wearing a gray short-sleeved shirt with darker colored pants.
