      "verbatimText": "May 3, 2024\n\nSecurity Bulletin 05/03/24: Off-Campus Shooting\n\nAn off campus shooting incident occurred at approximately 1:45 a.m. on May 3, 2024 in the 3300 block of Washtenaw Ave. Preliminary investigation revealed a 32-year-old male was driving when he was struck by gunfire. The victim self-transported to U of M Hospital. His injuries are non-life threatening.\n\nThe shooting is not believed to be random. Investigation is ongoing. Updates will be posted as they become available.\n\nIf you have any information regarding this incident, please contact the Ann Arbor Police Department at (734) 994-2911, DPSS Dispatch Services at (734) 763-1131, or the anonymous tip line at 1-800-863-1355.\n\nRemember:\n\nIf you see something, say something.
