ALL CLEAR\n\n5:12 p.m.\n\nMUPD searching for 72-year-old white male James Rybolt with dementia 5'11\" 192 lbs bald shirt/jeans/suspenders/green hat. Not dangerous. Call 911 if you see him.\n\nThis is the official University of Missouri emergency alert website.
