Police officers have determined that a weapon was accidentally discharged in the loading dock of Plaza 900, a dining hall located at 900 Virginia Ave.\n\nAt this time, police officers have no additional safety concerns and are working to clear the scene.\n\nWe will update this website as additional information is confirmed. Please check here for official information. Please do not distribute unconfirmed information or rumors or post or pass along rumors on social media outlets. Safety is the university's top priority and we are working hard to assure that the campus remains safe while information is obtained and confirmed.\n\nThis is the official University of Missouri emergency alert website.
