"verbatimText": "Dear UNE Community,\n\nWith the storm expected to impact our area this weekend, we want to remind everyone to exercise extra caution and good judgment around the coast.\n\nThe storm is expected to produce high surf and potentially hazardous conditions, including larger and more powerful waves, strong currents, and slippery surfaces. Conditions can change quickly, even when the weather immediately around you appears calm.\n\nIf you are spending time near the coastline this weekend:\n\nUse extra caution around rocks, jetties, and other areas exposed to the surf.\nStay well back from the water's edge and avoid climbing on or standing near wet rocks.\nDo not enter the water if conditions are rough or unsafe.\nBe aware that waves can be unpredictable and can reach areas that appear to be safely away from the water.\nFollow posted warnings, closures, and instructions from emergency personnel.\n\nWe encourage everyone to enjoy the weekend while keeping safety in mind. When in doubt, stay away from the water and coastal rocks until conditions improve.\n\nThank you for helping keep our community safe!",
