      "verbatimText": "UPDATE: Strong Arm Robbery near Old Well\n\nUNC Students, Staff, and Faculty:\n\nUNC Police are investigating a reported robbery near the Old Well on the UNC campus shortly before 10 p.m. this evening (Tues., Dec. 5). A female UNC student was walking with a friend along Cameron Avenue when she was approached by a black male suspect, about 5-10 in height with a slim build. The suspect assaulted the victim and took her purse, then fled in the direction of Franklin Street.\n\nThe individual was wearing a black zip-up jacket, blue jeans, and a black hat. No weapon was reported.\n\nPlease refer to alertcarolina.unc.edu for updates.  Anyone seeing this person or with information which may aid in the investigation into this incident should contact UNC Police by calling 9-1-1.  For a list of safety tips, see the following link:\n\nhttp://dps.unc.edu/carolinasafe/tips/",
