      "verbatimText": "UNC Police are continuing their investigation into several related room break-ins in Morrison Residence Hall early Tuesday (Nov. 1).  The suspect is now described as a white male, 5-10 to 6-0 in height, having short, dark hair, and wearing a “Pablo Escobar” costume which included a black-and-yellow-striped shirt tucked into jeans, a “Wanted” sign hung around his neck, and fake wounds to the head (see newly released photos).\n\nAnyone with information should contact UNC Police Investigator Oliver at (919) 445-8647.\n\nThis investigation is ongoing; continue to monitor Alert Carolina website (alertcarolina.unc.edu) for any updates in the investigation into these incidents.  For a list of safety tips, see the following link through the Alert Carolina page.\n\n \n\nUNC Students, Faculty and Staff:\n\nUNC Police Seek Information on Morrison Residence Hall Break-ins\n\nUNC Police are asking anyone with information which might aid in an investigation into several related room break-ins in Morrison Hall to please contact the UNC Public Safety Department.\n\nThe break-ins by a college-aged male were reported to have occurred in unlocked rooms over roughly a 30-minute period early Tuesday morning (Nov. 1).  The suspect was described as a white male, 5-10 to 6-0 in height, having short, dark hair.  He wearing a cowboy-themed costume including a black-and-yellow striped shirt tucked into jeans, with a “Wanted” sign hung around his neck, and fake wounds to the head. He may be a resident of Ehringhaus Residence Hall.\n\nAnyone with information should contact Investigator Oliver at (919) 843-6165.  Also, anyone seeing any suspicious activity anywhere on campus is reminded to call 9-1-1 immediately.\n\nThis investigation is ongoing; continue to monitor Alert Carolina website (alertcarolina.unc.edu) for any updates in the investigation into these incidents.  For a list of safety tips, see the following link through the Alert Carolina page.\n\nAbout Informational Messages: The University sends an Informational Message to inform the campus community about a situation that is not an emergency, but is expected to be of significant interest to the campus. An Informational Message is one of three tiers of communication under the University’s revised emergency communications plan. And a Timely Warning is issued if there is a continuing danger AND notification will not compromise law enforcement efforts.",
