      "verbatimText": "10/21/2024 - Motor Vehicle Thefts Reported October 19 on Campus\n\nOn Saturday, Oct. 19, the UND Police Department received another report of two electric scooters stolen from UND main campus property.\n\nThe e-scooters were taken from the bike rack on the south side of the Prairie Rose parking lot. They were reported to have been locked together in the bike rack around 9 am on Saturday, Oct. 19, and were gone when the owners came back to retrieve it at 1:30 p.m.\n\nBoth e-scooters were described as black Hiboy S2 models.\n\nNo suspects are currently known, and no arrests have been made.\n\nThe UND Police Department recommends taking actions to secure personal property, including e-scooters, by using high-quality U-locks to secure bicycles and scooters to bicycle racks.\n\nIf anyone has information on this or any other potential criminal activity on campus, call UPD at 701.777.3491.",
