The woman was walking near Franklin Blvd and Villard Streets. According to the student’s report, other people in the area may have also been grabbed or touched by the bike rider.\nThe suspect is described as male with dirty blond hair, wearing oversized reflective sunglasses covering much of his face. He wore a tan/black tie-dye-patterned shirt with a logo in the middle.\nIf you have any information regarding this incident, call UOPD at 541-346-2919.\nAny additional information if and when available will be updated at alerts.uoregon.edu.",
