      "verbatimText": "The funeral service for U.S. Sen. Orrin Hatch will take place on Friday, May 6 at 1 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Institute of Religion building, which is adjacent to the University of Utah campus on South Campus Drive.\n\nBecause the funeral is open to the public and coincides with several of the U’s college convocation ceremonies, University Police expect that convocation traffic and parking will be impacted. Parking at the LDS Institute building will be reserved for funeral attendees from 6 a.m. to approximately 4 p.m. on May 6.\n\nPart of the funeral service will include a 21-gun salute, which will take place at approximately 2:30-2:45 p.m.\n\nCampus will continue celebrating the 8,609 graduates and their families throughout the day during the scheduled college convocation events.
