Instructors should move in-person classes online, reschedule in-person exams, and communicate directly with their students about any changes. The U’s health care system and hospitals remain open, as are essential university functions. University-operated childcare facilities will open at 9:30 am and provide updates directly to families.\n\nFaculty and staff who are able to work remotely should do so on Wednesday February 22. Please check with your immediate supervisors for more information about your individual units and departments.\n\nCampus crews have been able to keep up with snow removal but those individuals coming to campus to support essential functions should use caution.",
