      "verbatimText": "All Monday afternoon and evening classes are cancelled due to hazardous driving conditions and to give crews time to safely clear roadways and sidewalks. All university operated daycares on campus are closed today. The university’s health care system and hospitals will remain open, as will essential university functions.\n\nStaff should check with their immediate supervisors for more information about their individual units and departments.\n\nGroups who have scheduled events or meetings on campus this evening are encouraged to reschedule.\n\nThe University of Utah expects to resume normal operations and class schedules tomorrow, Tuesday, Feb. 4. Staff and students returning to campus tomorrow are encouraged to plan extra time for their commute and to be prepared for wet and possibly slippery walkways.\n\nContinue to watch alert.utah.edu for updates\n\nAll university operated daycares on campus are closed today. This includes UKids- Presidents Circle, UKids – East Village, UKids- Guardsman Way, BioKids, and CFDC. For more information please visit https://childcare.utah.edu/care-options/programs.php.\n\nMonday (Feb. 3, 2020) classes before 12:30 p.m. are cancelled due to expected weather conditions.
