No items were taken from the victim.\n\nUPDATE at 2:19 p.m. Thursday: All clear. The suspect is known to police and they do not believe there is any ongoing threat at this time. Police will continue their investigation.\n\nUPDATE at 2:13 p.m. Thursday: A man armed with a knife and/or a whip assaulted and possibly robbed someone near NE 43rd Street and University Way NE. Seattle police are responding.
