(714) 966-6799 (714) 556-3610 Campus Safety Website https://www.va nguard.edu/res ources/campus- public-safety - SUSPICIOUS PERSON Date: July 24, 2019 (Between the hours of 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM) Location: Church (Smith) Lot parking entrance at Newport Blvd. Details: The Campus Safety Department was notified by a staff member COSTA MESA POLICE working the Fair parking event that a suspicious male subject, posing as a DEPARTMENT parking attendant, was allowing vehicles access to the campus parking lot. (714) 754-5252 He was reportedly taking payment. Campus Safety responded to the area where the above subject was last seen but they were not able to locate him. If you see this individual on campus, please notify Campus Safety immediately. ALERT # 2019-005 Vanguard University Campus Safety\n\nVanguard University Campus Safety Crime Alerts are released when certain events that warrant an advisory are reported on or near Vanguard University.
