(714) 966-6799 (714) 556-3610 Campus Safety Website https://www.va nguard.edu/res ources/campus- public-safety TRESPASSING & LEWD CONDUCT Date / Time: APRIL 11, 2021 @ 7:45 AM Location: Vanguard Center (2374 Newport Blvd.) Subject: Unknown COSTA MESA POLICE Details: On April 11, 2021, the Campus Safety Department responded to DEPARTMENT a call of a subject trespassing on Vanguard Center property. A Campus (714) 754-5252 Safety officer contacted the subject as he was leaving the property. He was instructed not to return to any Vanguard University property, or he would be arrested. The officer later learned the subject had exposed himself while on Vanguard property. The subject was reportedly naked from the waist down. The subject acted in a lewd manner once his lower body was exposed. If you see this subject on Vanguard University property DO NOT CONTACT HIM. Please notify Campus Safety immediately. CMPD has been contacted and a ALERT # criminal report is on file (21-006108).
