During the argument the suspect punched DEPARTMENT his girlfriend in the face causing an injury. The suspect fled before the crime (714) 754-5252 was discovered. The Victim refused to involve the police over the incident. If you encounter this suspect on campus, attempt to detain him and call Costa Mesa Police.
