The COSTA MESA POLICE vehicle fled the scene after striking another vehicle belonging to a student. DEPARTMENT Campus Safety is requesting information from anyone that may know who the (714) 754-5252 vehicle belongs to, or anyone that may have witnessed this vehicle on Vanguard property. If this vehicle is seen please contact Campus Safety immediately.
