(714) 966-6799 (714) 556-3610 Campus Safety Website https://www.va nguard.edu/res ources/campus- ARREST - INFORMATION ONLY public-safety Date / Time: September 16th, 2021 / 10:30 PM - Location: Vanguard University Campus - Subject: Pachoco, Justin (DOB: 12-29-85) - Details: On September 16th, 2021, Campus Safety responded to a call of - a subject trespassing on Vanguard University property. The above depicted subject was advised to leave the campus. The subject returned a short time later and was detained by Campus Safety. Costa Mesa PD was called, but they were unable to respond. The subject was identified and released by Campus Safety. At approximately 5:20 PM the subject was walking on Newport Blvd, adjacent to Vanguard University. A female student was jogging on Newport Blvd., in the opposite direction. As she passed the subject, he COSTA MESA POLICE grabbed her arm. She pulled away from the subject and contacted Campus DEPARTMENT Safety. Campus Safety officers responded but the subject was gone. (714) 754-5252 Campus Safety officers remained vigilant, searching the campus for the subject. The subject was located on campus at approximately 10:30 PM and he was detained by Campus Safety. CMPD responded and arrested the subject. The subject was taken to jail and booked into custody. If this subject is observed on Vanguard property immediately contact Campus Safety.
