(714) 966-6799 (714) 556-3610 Campus Safety Website https://www.va nguard.edu/res ources/campus- CATALYTIC CONVERTER THEFT public-safety Date / Time: October 15th, 2021 / Possibly 5:30 PM - Location: Vanguard University Campus (Catalina Parking Lot) - Subject #1: Male Adult / Orange Shirt / Black Face Mask Subject #2: Male Adult / Black Jacket / Knit Cap - Subject Vehicle: Possible White Toyota Camry (four door) Details: On October 15th, 2021, at approximately 5:30 PM, the above depicted subject vehicle entered the Catalina parking lot and pulled up to a Toyota Sequoia. Two subjects exited the above vehicle, and one subject crawled underneath the Sequoia. After a few minutes the subjects re-entered the subject vehicle and left the Catalina parking lot. The owner of the Sequoia COSTA MESA POLICE noticed her Catalytic converter stolen from her underneath vehicle when she DEPARTMENT tried to turn her vehicle on.
