EMERGENCY Trespassing (714) 966-6799 (714) 556-3610 Campus Safety Website https://www.va nguard.edu/res ources/campus- public-safety - Date / Time: November 10, 2021 / 4:45 AM Location: Vanguard University near Catalina Dorms Subject: Colby Lyons, Male White 26 years, 6'0\" 190 lbs Details: COSTA MESA POLICE On 11/4/21 at 10:00 am, a Campus Safety Officer found Lyons sleeping on an DEPARTMENT outside couch near the Catalina Dorms. The subject was uncooperative but left the property when ordered to do so. On 11/10/21 at 4:00 AM, Lyons was seen again (714) 754-5252 wondering around Campus but fled before the police could arrive. Lyons poses no known threat to the Vanguard Community, There is no known danger at this time but if seen on Campus, please contact Campus Safety. He has been admonished about trespassing.
