A short time later, the suspect vehicle pulled in the lot and parked near the victim vehicle. The male passenger exited the suspect vehicle and gained access to the victims vehicle by defeating the lock somehow. The suspect entered the vehicle and after approx. 5 mins. he was able to get the it started. The suspect vehicle and victim vehicle left on Fair towards Newport Blvd. Costa Mesa PD responded and took a report.
