When contacted, the subject was uncooperative, belligerent, and agitated. During contact the subject lowered his shorts and exposed his bare bottom. While waiting for the police to arrive, the subject fled on foot. Campus Safety and the police were unable COSTA MESA POLICE to locate the subject. If seen on Campus, please contact Campus Safety.
