      "verbatimText": "CAMPUS SAFETY CRIME ALERT #2023-13 SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE\nEmergency Number (949) 244-0098\nDate / Time: December 8, 2023 / 5:45 AM\nLocation: Catalina Parking Lot\nSuspect: Unknown Male / Black Mini Van\nDetails: A student was walking to her vehicle in the Catalina lot when she heard a male subject ask her for help with directions. The male subject was inside of a black Mini Van. The male subject then asked questions that had nothing to do with being lost. A second male subject was noticed inside the vehicle. The primary male subject became agitated with the student, and he tried to lure her closer to the vehicle. The female student made it to her vehicle and waited until the Mini Van left the parking lot. Campus Safety Officers provided the above surveillance photo of the Mini Van.\nIf The Mini Van is observed on Vanguard University property call Campus Safety immediately.\nCampus Safety Report # 2023 - 352\nCosta Mesa Police Department (714) 754-5252\n\nVanguard University Campus Safety Crime Alerts are released when certain events that warrant an advisory are reported on or near Vanguard University.
