Upon contact, the subject appeared to be under the influence of drugs. Costa Mesa Police were called to assist. A records check revealed that Jhaj is a registered sex offender who was in violation for failing to register with law enforcement. Jhaj was subsequently arrested by the police, and the vehicle was towed from campus. The subject has no known affiliation with Vanguard University and stated that he entered the campus lot to sleep.\nThis report is provided for informational purposes only.
