UPDATE Thanks to the combined efforts of the Dekalb Police Department, Atlanta Police Department and the Georgia Tech Police Department, the driver (22 year old female) and the suspect (13 year old male) were located, questioned and charged with the armed robbery described below. The pair were also charged by the Atlanta Police Department with a separate armed robbery that occurred off campus earlier in the day. They are not affiliated with the Institute.
