Emergency response and evacuation procedures will be tested at least on an annual basis. Tests may be announced or unannounced. Tests of emergency response and evacuation procedures will be publicized through email messages and/or emergency alert system announcements in conjunction with at least one test per calendar year. Each test will be documented with a description of the exercise, the date, time, and whether the test was announced or unannounced. The RAVE emergency notification system is tested at least once per year.
