Who decides: Campus Administration or designee judges TW need and typically writes/distributes Timely Warning Notices. NSCC PD or designee may determine other Clery crimes necessitate TW.
Timeliness standard: Timely Warning Notices as soon as pertinent information is available. EN procedures apply for immediate threats; separate TW not required for same circumstances with adequate follow-up.
