Emergency notification can satisfy timely warningverbatim

An emergency notification, or "timely warning" shall be issued when it has been determined that a significant threat, emergency, or dangerous situation involving the health or safety of the campus community has occurred. If an emergency notification has already been issued via the campus emergency notification system, then a separate timely warning notification shall not be required if the instance is based on the same set of circumstances.
