The victim complied and the suspect fled the area in the victim's vehicle. The victim's vehicle was found abandoned near Northside Drive and Marietta Street and after a brief footchase the male was arrested by officers. The victim is a Georgia Tech student and was not injured. Status of Investigation: This incident is being investigated by the Atlanta Police Department.
