January 12, 2010 Two Pennsylvania College of Technology students were robbed at gunpoint in an off-campus incident Monday afternoon in Williamsport. The two students were in a car that was stopped at a traffic light in the 700 block of West Fourth Street at about 4 p.m., when three black males entered the back seat of the unlocked vehicle, one of them brandishing a handgun.
