Analysis
Reading the policy
Shawnee State University (public-bachelors, Ohio, three filed cases, no prior policy file) is distinct from Shaw University, which already has an ASR file on this branch. The live 2025 ASR PDF (HTTP 200) names Campus Crime Alerts as the timely-warning product and SSU Alert as the emergency-notification system (text-to-voice/phone, email, text, indoor PA, outdoor siren). Live timely-warning wording is an ongoing or continuing a threat. The Director of DPS or designee decides whether the incident represents an ongoing or continuing threat. Consumer SSU Alert HTML this pass is a resource directory, not a policy body, so excerpts are from the ASR PDF only. Every excerpt was character-checked against that PDF.
